Chrissy & Bec will held space for you and the special women in your life for on Embodied Heart Ceremony (2—3 hours) to deeply honour you in your Rite of Passage.

You will be adorned with nature gifts, honoured through devotional practices and nourished by Sacred Ritual.

Meet your Facilitators
Chrissy and Bec have been co-facilitating Women's Circles together for almost 3 years on the Sunshine Coast at Shambhala Yoga Shala. They are passionate about gathering women together in a celebration, support and love. Together, they co-create an open and non-judgmental space for women to be heard, held and connect in sisterhood. They each bring unique strengths and their combined energy is earthy, playful, sacred and honouring of Mama Earth and women in all phases of life. They invite women to come back to heart-centered living, through rituals, ceremonies and retreats.
